3 Things You Need, To Achieve Your Goal!

Hustling too much to achieve your goal?
Googled too much for tips to achieve your goal?

.

.

Now the search is no more! Here are the 3 things you need to focus on to achieve your goal.

  • Loyalty:

Loyalty is a very rare trait.  Being loyal to your goal is a basic requirement. You should be devoted to your goal. Sticking firmly with your goal in the actual sense. Commitment is the road to success. Your success rate is directly proportional to your loyalty. If you are not faithful with your goal, and just hopping by and changing your goal very often, then it's natural, you are not going to achieve anything.
If we want to summarise loyalty :
  • Stay focused on one goal/frame-set at a time. ( It can be many goals but of different niche or frame-set).
  • Stay firm.
  • Stay committed.

  • Consistency:

One should maintain consistency while striving towards the target. It's okay to change the pace, but the journey should be consistent. Consistent efforts are the most important thing to achieve anything. Doing something regularly, considering the fluctuations (as ups and downs balance each other), your average efforts are always satisfactory.
  • Consistency outplays Talent
  • Be Consistent
  • Regular efforts.
  • Don't care about the pace, focus on the consistent effort to complete the journey

  • Stability:
Being steady irrespective of the problems or ups and downs defines your stability. Unstable electrons tend to change their energy state, likewise unstable people often distract themselves from their goal. Do not distract yourself, what so ever is the problem. Meditation, Yoga are the best remedies to stabilize yourself in odd situations.

  • Be steady.
  • Never Distract.
  • Stabilize yourself.
  • Meditate and practice Yoga.

Thanks a lot for hopping by. Don't hold yourself back and just contact freely for any questions or suggestions.

Everything you need to know about Overthinking!

First you assume somethinng then you overthink, then you get worried about non-existing problem, then you again overthink about the solutionEverything starts with assumptions. For no reason at all we assume something!
Why this assumption? (Phase-1) Ever thought about that? No, because we don't think so deeply about the existing problems. We love to create more problems assuming irrelevant things. We think about the useless things which will generate stress! Agree on it or not but yes unknowingly we enjoy stressful situations. And when everything is going fine we tend to find stress. Everyone is living in stressful situations, those who cannot manage it properly fail miserably. Stress is an important factor for growth, only and only if it is managed properly. For example, a marathon runner should stress his lungs if he wants to run. If he is not stressing them up to the mark we will not complete the race. Also if he is overstressing his lungs, eventually he will fail. So to complete…

Go and Inquire

The human being is different from every other living being. Intelligence is what makes humans differ from other living beings. Intelligence to choose between what is right and what is wrong. Also, intelligence to think out of the box.         It important for a human being to control his mind. Not to act like a cat and dogs. That is a human being. He should be inquisitive. Why the things around me are happening and he should learn from it. If he does not inquire or if he does not take education, then what is the difference between him and the dog. He has got the opportunity of human life he should use it wisely by gaining useful knowledge and be inquisitive. he should avoid keeping himself in dog status. Not to use this human birth simply for eating, sleeping, sex life and defending. Dog's barking disturbs people, the dog does not inquire about how to control barking, but in our case, we can inquire. Therefore the Vedic injunction is 'Go and Inquire'. We shoul…

7 Minutes Rule for 3 weeks for being consistent and avoid give up!

Hold on! Why 7 minutes? Because,  nearly 0.5% of 24 hours is 7 minutes, and 0.5% of your day can easily be spared for your betterment and growth.
Lack of consistency is the general problem for everybody. Firstly, I would suggest you to, go through the previous blog Consistency Outplays Talent. When you decide to be consistent in a particular thing, and due to some reasons you fail to continue, then try this 7 Minutes Rule, because why not.
Task-A = The task which you are regularly doing by default.  Task-B = Task with which you want to be consistent.Take any random target for practice. Anything you are actually doing regularly, like if you are fond of reading regularly then take 'read a book' for 7 minutes challenge or if you play PC like an addict then take 'playing your favourite game on PC' for 7 minutes challenge, anything for just 7 minutes daily, for 3 weeks. Name this as Task-A.
That is, you are only using 147minutes out of your 30,240 minutes (3 weeks)  for your…
